Planning Law Update - November 2020
October brought the closing date for submissions on the Government's proposed significant reforms to the planning system and an extension to the methods of obtaining social housing relief and discretionary housing relief via the Community Infrastructure Levy. There have also been several new cases in the Courts this month, including a spotlight being held on the interpretation of the word “highway” by the Court of Appeal.
