Freeths advises on the world’s first university-based, operator-backed climate tech programme

National law firm Freeths has advised the University of Oxford’s Wadham College on Planet Positive Lab, the world’s first university-based, operator-backed and industry-driven climate tech programme for students, academics and alumni.

Planet Positive Lab is a new initiative between Wadham College, Founder’s Factory and Planet Fund (a ClimateTech investment fund).

Planet Positive Lab will provide students, academics and alumni with a programme of climate advice, operational support and capital to founders to help push forward science-based innovation that addresses the global climate crisis.

Malin Svanberg Larsson, Corporate Partner at Freeths, said: “We are thrilled to have supported the University of Oxford’s innovation ecosystem in advising Wadham College on the development of Planet Positive Lab.
