Diversity & Inclusion eLearning Courses

Creating Inclusive Workplaces

Why diversity & inclusion matters

A diverse workforce brings a variety of perspectives, experiences, and ideas to the table, which can lead to greater innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. An inclusive workplace is one where everyone feels valued, respected, and appreciated, regardless of their background or identity.

Our D&I eLearning training courses

Freeths have developed three eLearning courses for training your employees on these important issues. These eLearning courses will teach you about the importance of diversity and inclusion, and how to create a more inclusive workplace. Employment Tribunals expect employers to be able to demonstrate the steps they have taken to prevent discrimination and harassment in the workplace, and our courses are a useful tool to support this.

The courses can be purchased individually, together or as part of a three-year Diversity and Inclusion training programme. Watch our short animation below to find out more.
