Claire is a family lawyer who has advised clients for over 15 years on all aspects of family law.

Claire joined the firm’s family team in 2015 having worked for Blake Morgan since 2001. She is the author of the Which? ‘Guide to Divorce and Splitting Up’ (2010) and Which? Members guide 2015. She is an accredited specialist of Resolution and Law Society Family Law Panel member. Claire was also awarded Family Law Associate of the year at the Jordan’s family law awards in 2013. Claire is collaboratively trained; an accredited specialist of Resolution and on the Law Society Family Law Panel.

As a qualified mediator, Claire works with couples to guide them through the practical and legal consequences of their separation. This may include the division of finances and arrangements for their children and any other discrete issues.

Claire has a wealth of experience of dealing with issues relating to arrangements for children including disputes about where children live following separation, and applications to remove them from the jurisdiction.
