About Sophie
Sophie Komisarczuk trained at the firm before qualifying as a lawyer specialising in Real Estate in 2015.
During her training, Sophie undertook a secondment to the Physical Infrastructure team at Manchester City Council, where primarily she assisted the council in drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements.
Sophie is experienced in a wide range of property work including investment acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, leasehold transactions (acting for both landlords and tenants), development and project work.
