Legal Scholarship Scheme
Freeths scheme to support law undergraduates
Planning to study law at university?
Our Milton Keynes office runs a legal scholarship scheme annually, offering a £1000 bursary and a guaranteed 2 week paid placement.
In addition to financial support in your first year of study, the placement provides the perfect opportunity to see how principles learnt are practically applied in a commercial legal practice. You will gain invaluable experience to add to your CV and see first-hand what working in a law firm is like.
How to apply
Our next scholarship will be for school leavers who plan to study law at university in 2019. The application process will open in the early part of the year – so please watch out for details here of how to apply and the closing date.
To be eligible for the scheme you must:

- Be planning to study Law at a university, commencing in September or October 2019
- Currently be in education in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Bedfordshire or Northamptonshire
The scheme also applies to candidates who achieved their results in 2018 and will start university in 2019.
