Rebecca and the Virtual Legal Team team have also extensively advised on risk management issues in relation to major contracts. Rebecca also acts as an integral part of the client’s team in an advisory capacity.
Our Virtual Legal Team
Our Virtual Legal Team is led by Rebecca Howlett, who acts as “Virtual General Counsel” for several of the firm’s clients, providing strategic advice to help identify current and future risks, and leads a team of experienced commercial lawyers who act as an extension of the client’s in-house team.
Our Virtual Legal Team is adept at delivering a high level of service advising on a range of business-critical contracts, terms and conditions and data protection policies as well as developing supply chain documents and processes for clients.
In addition to the core Virtual Legal Team team, we can draw on other members of the wider Freeths team as circumstances require.
