HR Matters: Can I force my employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine? A Q&A session on the most recent HR issues caused by the pandemic
Join the Freeths Sheffield, Employment Team for their next HR Matters webinar via Zoom, where they will be looking at most recent HR issues caused by the pandemic. There will be ample time dedicated to answering your questions.
Some of the questions that the team will be answering include:
- Can I force my employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine?
- Can I remove entitlement to company sick pay if an employee refuses to have the vaccine and then gets the virus?
- An employee is refusing to wear a mask – can I make them?
- Do I have to furlough an employee for childcare reasons due to home schooling if they request it?
The team will also be covering key homeworking issues to consider both during the pandemic and beyond.
