National law firm, Freeths has expanded its comprehensive life sciences team with the addition of corporate partner, Claus Andersen.  Claus has more than 15 years of experience in advising companies and businesses in the technology and Life Sciences sector in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, licence agreements and regulatory advice.

In addition, Claus is a dual qualified Danish Advokat and an English solicitor and advises many European, American and Asian businesses when they invest in the UK. His clients include technology companies, pharmaceuticals and medical device companies listed on the main markets in Scandinavia and Asia, MedTech and Healthtech companies and entertainment industry and retail companies.
