On 22 November, Fiona Powell and Hurmus Oltan, Employment Law Specialists from our Leicester office at Freeths LLP will be presenting an exciting employment law webinar in conjunction with Hays, which will be the fourth of its series of ‘key hot topics’, following popular demand!
Fiona and Hurmus will be looking in particular at how businesses can effectively manage restructuring and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance, and to reduce the risk of costly litigation in the Employment Tribunal. Fiona and Hurmus will go through interactive case studies and focus on some of the trickier issues employers are faced with when dealing with redundancies.
