The topics up for discussion will include:
- Misconduct – identifying potential misconduct and starting an investigation;
- Disciplinary investigations – conducting a fair investigation and dealing with common tricky issues;
- Grievances – identifying a grievance and undertaking a successful investigation;
- Disciplinary and grievance investigations – practical tips to minimise legal risk
Our training utilises workable case studies in a workshop environment, to equip delegates with practical skills to tackle tricky HR issues throughout the employee lifecycle.
All course materials are provided, including a detailed workbook to record your learning for future reference.
The session will start at 9:30am but we ask you to arrive for 9am for refreshments. Lunch will also be provided at each session.
