The breadth and depth of our team means we can  provide support to you at a strategic level, on routine circumstances or on complex, sensitive matters.  We actively embrace the differences and strengths of HR professionals and employment lawyers – we each have a role to play in supporting businesses to get the very best from their people and to manage risk appropriately. We are also firmly of the view that HRs role in supporting businesses of all sizes in returning to the “new normal” cannot be underestimated. Our approach is always to work in partnership with and empower our HR colleagues – we don’t use legal jargon, we don’t scaremonger and we encourage a holistic approach which focuses on employee engagement and wellbeing.
