“Charlotte acted for Arcadia over a period of several years during which time she worked on several high profile projects and complex cases for us. She is an excellent employment lawyer in terms of getting the results we wanted both commercially and legally, and has in depth knowledge and experience of the retail sector which she uses to her client’s advantage. However what really sets her apart is her ability to get beneath the skin of an organisation to fully understand its culture, it’s business model and ways of working to the point that she appears almost to fit seamlessly into the organisation as part of the internal business team.”(Paul Forrest, Group ER Manager, Arcadia)
