Hannah is a Solicitor in the Insolvency department of Freeths LLP’s Manchester office. Hannah started with the firm as a paralegal and having trained within the firm, spent time training in the firm’s Insolvency, Real Estate and Corporate departments which enables her to deal with insolvency matters relating to property and have a deeper knowledge of corporate structures and transactions.
Hannah is the elected representative for the Staff Consultative Council for the Manchester office and a committee representative for the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, who have been nationally recognised as an equal opportunities employer, recently winning ‘Firm of the Year’ at the UK Diversity Legal Awards.

Hannah deals with all aspects of restructuring, recovery and insolvency; including both contentious and non-contentious insolvency issues. Hannah is keen to take instructions from insolvency practitioners, company directors, debtors or creditors. Some examples of matters in which Hannah typically advises and acts on are:
