- Acted for a local housing association and their insurers, in relation to a contractual dispute regarding the maintenance and repair of a property, where the contractual relationship was never formally agreed, as it was based on interparty conduct over a c.10-year period.
- Successfully recovered damages for a multi-national client that undertakes motorway infrastructure projects, which required arguments on issues such as locus standi and the assessment of the client’s internal repair costs.
- Acted for a global commercial client in relation to a bailment issue, following the loss of company property.
- Defended clients in relation to contractual works undertaken pursuant to a government funded energy efficiency scheme.
