Tracy is a highly experienced debt recovery manager, with 27 years experience recovering debts either through the Court system or by pre legal action and negotiation. Her recent work includes handling recruitment agency debts, dealing with the debts of a large company which specialised in preventative business loss, and acting for several letting agencies in recovering debts for landlords.
She is a hard-working, conscientious individual who prides herself on getting debts back as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Her clients are routinely kept informed of the progress of their matters with regular reporting where required. Most matters are actioned on the day they are received and dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Tracy’s fees are also extremely competitive.
- Handling a high volume of debts from two local Universities to include accommodation fees, tuition fees and library fees. Most of the debts are recovered using pre-legal methods e.g. several letters, emails, phone calls etc. which makes the whole process cost effective for the clients.
- Dealing with several local Insolvency Practices to recover debts from companies that have gone into liquidation or CVA (Company Voluntary Agreement). We are often under a time limit to recover these debts, so if pre-legal does not work then sometimes a harder stance is required by the issuing of Court proceedings or Statutory Demands.
