Freeths announces record growth in Liverpool

Freeths has today announced record year-on-year growth since launching in Liverpool in 2018, revealing a revenue increase of 46.2% in the last year.

Well known for advising clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, Harworth Group and JSM Property Group, the Liverpool office has expanded steadily over the last six years. As one of Freeths 13 UK offices, the Liverpool base has led the way, posting one of the highest growths over the last 12 months.

The real estate team has seen the head count in Liverpool grow by 50% in the last 12 months, and the office has also recently launched a specialist family law team with the appointment of Partner Natalie Dickson and Senior Associate Antonia Williams.

These strategic hires have helped bolster the office’s portfolio of services, whilst maintaining team growth in key services, already well established in the region such as real estate, banking and finance. In addition, the office also benefits from the expertise of Helen Mitcheson, an environmental law specialist.

Notable transactions carried out by the team include acting on behalf of Harworth Group on the sale of several significant property assets, with a total transactional value exceeding £70,000,000.00.
