About Antonia
Antonia deals with the full spectrum of complex and privately funded family law matters. She primarily focuses on divorce and financial remedy cases (including those involving contested nuptial agreements, non-matrimonial property, overseas assets and trust structures).
In addition, she regularly advises clients in relation to disputes regarding children (including cases featuring complex issues such as parental alienation, high levels of parental conflict, relocation and substance misuse).
Antonia is also experienced in assisting clients with cohabitation disputes, wealth protection and injunctions.
Memberships
- Antonia has been the Chair of the Merseyside branch of Resolution since 2021. Resolution is a national body of family law professionals who are committed to resolving disputes in a constructive and non-inflammatory manner. As Chair of the Merseyside committee, Antonia is responsible for leading the wider committee and assisting with the planning and delivery of regular social and educational networking events.
- Antonia also sits on the Merseyside Young Professionals (“MYP”) board, assisting with the planning and organisation of various social, educational and fundraising activities for a wide range of junior professionals in the Merseyside area. Antonia has been an active member of the MYP Board since August 2018 and is currently appointed as the Board’s Memberships Secretary.
