Senior appointment strengthens Freeths real estate team

National leading law firm Freeths has announced the appointment of Stephen Lewis further expanding their national real estate team. Stephen joined the Manchester office on April 10 as a partner after 14 years at Brabners Chaffe Street in Liverpool.

Stephen has extensive experience in real estate and advises on a wide range of commercial property matters including retail, leisure and mixed used developments and has acted for a variety of investment clients managing their portfolios; over the last 9 months he has handled a batch of transactions with a cumulative value of £40m.

Stephen will team up with Ian Tempest head of real estate in Manchester and joins an influential and growing real estate team. He will contribute to a team which is nationally recognised as one of the leaders in the country by independent legal experts Chambers and Legal 500.
