Last week Freeths hosted employment update seminars in their Leicester, Nottingham and Birmingham offices in conjunction with Hays Recruitment.
The interactive sessions focused on terminating employment by mutual agreement, including best practice in protected conversations, settlement agreements and the tax treatment of termination payments.
Key employment law changes coming into effect in the next 12 months were also highlighted.
