Freeths have recently presented a cheque to Alzheimer's Society for £50,000 after carrying out fundraising events over the past 18 months.
Staff have been involved in various activities both in and out of the office, with the landmark event being a skydive last May. Over forty members of staff from across the country jumped from heights of 10,000ft at speeds of up to 120mph. Their bravery resulted in £22,000 being raised by family, friends, colleagues and business contacts.In summer 2016 a large number of staff took part in the Yorkshire three peaks challenge for the charity too, climbing three gruelling hills in under 12 hours and raising over £11,000.
With several dress down days and cake sales taking place across all office locations too, all members of staff had the opportunity to get involved in fundraising.

"It has been a really enjoyable time supporting Alzheimer's Society and I am proud of all our staff for the effort that has gone into raising this impressive amount of money. A number of employees also became 'dementia friends' and undertook training from the charity which just adds to the experience. The whole firm united to raise money for a vitally important cause and I hope it helps many families going forward."
