The seminar will be based upon a case study involving two warring siblings in a dispute over one of their late parent’s estate. It will cover topical issues such as lifetime transaction disputes, the duties of executors and trustees, and professional negligence claims in respect of Will drafting.
Alexander Learmonth, James Davies and Aidan Briggs from New Square will be speaking on these topical issues and sharing their experiences of appearing in similar cases.
