Freeths Networking Events for Women: Afternoon Tea - Leeds - 20 June

Please join us at Crafthouse, Leeds for a sumptuous afternoon tea (possibly with a touch of fizz!).

As well as the chance to network with other women from all walks of professional life, we will be joined by Beckie Hart, Regional Director of the CBI for Yorkshire & Humber.

Beckie has had a fascinating career, and will give a presentation on Imposter Syndrome. Imposter Syndrome is the persistent inability to believe one's success is deserved, or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills. Research suggests two thirds of working women suffer from it. Beckie is personally familiar with this characteristic, which may be surprising considering her work with MPs and senior policy officials.

Beckie will talk about coping strategies, and how to quieten that inner voice when it attempts to undermine your confidence.

Do come along and join us for a fabulous tea with amazing views over the city, a friendly networking crowd and Beckie's fascinating talk.

Please sign up early - by 6th June at the latest - indicating dietary preferences, as numbers are strictly limited due to the wonderful venue.
