Local Government Real Estate Workshop – Nottingham – 1 July
This local authority-centred training session will focus on the identification of the key issues that arise in the context of property acquisitions/disposals and regeneration/redevelopment projects including:
- An update on recent legal development including: EU procurement and developments agreements (Faraday), State aid, highways, compulsory purchase and village greens.
