We have seen a notable increase in the number of Tribunal claims since fees were repealed. The workshop is designed to highlight ways in which those defending claims can increase their chances of success by being proactive and taking control of the claim, including:

- Seeking strike-outs and deposit orders
- Seeking unless orders, and what they mean
- Costs warnings and applications
- Putting pressure on remedies
- Witness statement strategies
We will also provide an update on recent important employment law developments, including the Good Work Plan and cases on:
- Mental health
- Whistleblowing
- Covert recording of meetings by employees
- Holiday Pay and what constitutes a series of deduction
