The workshop is designed to highlight ways in which those defending claims can increase their chances of success by being proactive and taking control of the claim, including:

  • Putting pressure on remedies
  • Witness statement strategies

We will also provide an update on recent important employment law developments, including the Good Work Plan and cases on:

  • Mental health
  • Whistleblowing
  • Covert recording of meetings by employees
  • Holiday Pay and what constitutes a series of deduction
