With disability discrimination claims growing eight times faster than any other employment tribunal claim and stress related absences rising year on year we invite you to this interactive presentation to guide you through the process of dealing with your staff health issues pro-actively. The session will cover:

• Dealing with short and long term absences
• Understanding the concept of “disability” and the duty to make reasonable adjustments
• The process for obtaining appropriate medical evidence
• Considering specific aspects of health in the workplace, including:
  • mental health and neurodiversity
  • the menopause
  • drug and alcohol issues

The event is appropriate for directors, senior managers, HR and H&S professionals.

Breakfast seminar: Registration / light breakfast from 8.30am. The seminar will begin at 9am and close by 10.30am.

Lunch seminar: Registration / lunch from 12.30pm. The seminar will begin at 1pm and close by 2.30pm.
