Employment Contracts – worth the paper they are written on
Employment law updates are often dominated by new legislation, proposals for new legislation, or case-law developments. It can be easy to neglect the humble employment contract, which remains a fundamental document when dealing with a whole variety of employment issues.
In this seminar, we will seek to redress that balance and focus on the importance of well-drafted and well-implemented employment contracts, and discuss issues including:
