Freeths advises Chris Eubank Jr on long-anticipated rematch against Liam Smith
National law firm Freeths has advised professional boxer Chris Eubank Jr on his rematch with Liam Smith, announced today (Tuesday 25 April).
Following their initial fight in Manchester at the beginning of the year, Chris Eubank Jr will be returning to the ring, on 17 June, against opponent Liam Smith after lengthy rematch negotiations.
A re-match clause was included in the fight contracts and was activated by Chris Eubank Jr on Valentine’s Day.
Commenting on the deal, a Freeths lawyer said: “It was a pleasure to work with Chris and Nova Sport Management again on this one. I wish Chris the best of luck and I look forward to seeing what Fight Night has in store.”
