Freeths strengthens corporate offering with key appointment

National law firm Freeths has bolstered its corporate offering in Milton Keynes with the appointment of Kerry Jimenez. Kerry joins from EMW Law.

Managing associate Kerry has over 12 years’ experience advising on a wide range of corporate matters including sales, acquisitions and mergers, management buy outs/ins, investments and corporate reorganisations and restructurings.

As an established lawyer across the region, Kerry advises clients across all sectors.

In her new role, she will support the 90-strong corporate team nationally. With 12 offices across the UK, this appointment follows a record period of ongoing growth at Freeths.
