Baby Loss Awareness: How to Support your Employees webinar
In conjunction with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, we are delighted to invite you to this special, one off webinar in partnership with Tommy’s.
Laura Tracey, Employment Partner in our Manchester office, will be joined by Isy Bizaoui and Polly Noonan for an informative 45-minute session, where we will be discussing Baby Loss Awareness – How to Support your Employees.
In support of Baby Loss Awareness Week, this webinar will be looking at how Tommy’s, the UK’s leading pregnancy health charity are dedicated to preventing the devastating losses that many families unfortunately go through.
Tommy’s and Freeths understand that conversations surrounding pregnancy and baby loss can be difficult to navigate within the workplace. Together we will be discussing the type of provisions organisations can provide when looking to support the wellbeing of their employees, no matter what this journey may look like.
Date: Wednesday 27th September
Time: 9:30am – 10:15am
Venue: Via Zoom
Topics being discussed will include:
- Baby Loss Awareness week – Why it matters.
- Important facts about pregnancy and baby loss in the workplace – Did you know that 1 in 4 employees in the UK will lose a baby during pregnancy or birth?
- The latest guidelines and best practices in managing pregnancy at work.
- How does employment law underpin pregnancy at work best practices?
Please do share your thoughts and questions in the comment box upon registration. There will also be time for a Q&A where you can submit questions live on the day.
