During this workshop, Tom Draper, Toby Pochron, Lee Williams and Adele Coupland will be looking back over key developments in employment law and HR over the past 12 months. The topics up for discussion will include:
- Key developments in equality law, including disability discrimination and the menopause.
- Further changes to the law on holiday pay.
- Other notable cases that employers should be aware of.
- Current trends in HR and tips for staying ahead.
- New legislation and other important changes to look out for in 2024.
The workshop is intended to be informal and interactive, where attendees will be able to learn from each other as well as having the opportunity to ask legal experts any questions.
