HR Matters: Resolving employee conflict – doing things differently

Current research suggests that feuding and conflicting colleagues account for nearly half of all grievances raised in the workplace.

Rob Smedley, Director, is delighted to welcome Burberry’s Claire Salter (Director of Global Employee Relations) as guest speaker for our HR Matters session, discussing Burberry’s “Steps to Resolution Framework”.

The Framework was designed and implemented, with great success, as an alternative to the more traditional formal grievance process, which we know can often create more issues than it solves.
