Join us for our breakfast networking event on the 22nd November in Bristol.

During this event we will be hearing from Caroline Gourlay, a Business Psychologist who helps leaders in the industry by bringing psychological insight to common business problems. This talk will be: A journey to the dark side – exploring the shadow side of personality.

This talk will be: A journey to the dark side – exploring the shadow side of personality.

In this interactive talk, Caroline will outline the concept of the shadow side of personality and explore the eleven personality factors which could derail your career if you take them too far. Come and join at this lively, interactive session and find out how you really can have too much of a good thing.

Caroline is a Chartered Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience of working with businesses to assess and develop leaders. She carries out in-depth, psychological profiling of people for selection, promotion and succession planning purposes and assesses entire management teams on behalf of private equity firms ahead of investment. She coaches individual leaders and leadership teams and has worked on leadership development programmes at Said Business School, Oxford University. She acts as a sounding board for senior leaders.

NEW (Networking Events for Women) is an initiative set up by Freeths to facilitate the building of networks for women in the industry with other professionals, across all genders. Through a range of informal events, encouraging engaging conversations we will provide a space to bring members of the professional industry who are advocates for diversity, equity and inclusion together to celebrate women in and outside of the workplace.
