Business immigration webinar:
The hospitality sector is facing unprecedented challenges in securing talent:

The drink, hospitality and leisure market is still reeling from the effects of Covid and the cost of living crisis, now the Government’s 5-point immigration plan, aimed at cutting immigration by 300,000, will make securing talent even harder.

Under new rules, the earning threshold for skilled workers is rising from £26,200 to £38,700, a level way above most roles in hospitality. But turning a blind eye to immigration rules in order to secure talent is no answer. In early 2024 fines for right to work non-compliance are due to triple to up to £60,000 per employee. It is vital to ensure right to work processes are fully compliant to avoid a crippling fine.
