NEW - Milton Keynes - Thriving at Work: Truth or Myth?
Date: Tuesday 1 October
Time: 2:00pm - 4:00pm
Venue: Warbler on the Wharf
Please join us for the latest in our series of MK women’s networking events – an educational session carried out in groups. It will be followed by afternoon tea and networking.
We spend approximately 90,000 hours, or a third of our life, at work and yet numerous data sources show us that we are not thriving. However, highly engaged teams generate up to 23% higher profitability, have lower staff turnover and absenteeism and higher customer loyalty.
In conjunction with Compassionate Cultures, we hope you can join us for this session where will be exploring together the conditions required to enable individuals and organisations to thrive and grow.
We hope you walk away having had the opportunity to compare your workplace to the landscape today, gained insights and top tips that you can practically apply right away, and identified areas to focus on to support thriving at work (for yourself and for your organisation).
To prepare for the session, we’d like you to reflect on these three questions:
- What does thriving at work mean to you?
- How important is it to you to thrive at work?
- What enables or inhibits thriving at work for you?
If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact amanda.smith@freeths.co.uk
