What our hormones are doing in women’s brains and how can these changes profoundly affect confidence and performance at work? This presentation will help everyone discover how the female brain can rewire three times in life through the three Ps – puberty, pregnancy, and perimenopause.

We also add other hormones to the mix when we take the contraceptive pill or menopausal hormone replacement therapy. Learn what to expect, how to take control, rewire and reboot, and how to support colleagues.

Kate Muir is a women’s health expert, investigative journalist and documentary maker. She produced two ground-breaking Channel 4 menopause documentaries, presented by Davina McCall, which ignited a massive conversation among women. 

She is the author of Everything You Need to Know About the Menopause and Everything you Need to Know About the Pill. Kate’s new book is How to Have a Magnificent Midlife Crisis.
