Welcome to the Spring 2017 Agriculture Newsletter
Welcome to Freeths' Agriculture Team’s Spring Newsletter for 2017.
In this edition we have some very topical advice about the nationwide problem of fly tipping and this reflects the "Stop the Blot" campaign currently being run by Farmers Weekly. It is an increasingly prevalent crime so Daniel McNally's advice is timely.
Sepideh Doostgharin has provided technical advice on the protection of buyers' interests in the case of a developer liquidating and Christopher Sing provides a brief update on the status of EU Nationals and some useful links to where you can find the most recent regulation.
Finally Sarah Foster summarises the interesting case of Ilott v Mitson which proves that where there's a will there may be an alternative way.
As always please do not hesitate to contact any of the team for further information.
