I am delighted to let you have a copy of Commercial Education Brief - a quarterly publication that we are launching as Freeths' contribution to knowledge sharing within the education supplier industry. In Commercial Education Brief we aim to present topical issues of relevance to the sector, written from a legal perspective and with the Freethinking style that delivers exceptional advice to our client base. I am joined by a team of advisors across many disciplines who will provide updates on developments in their sphere written specifically for you as our audience. Amongst the features in this issue, we take a look at the state of the education sector from pre-school to higher education as it has been disrupted by the COVID-19 Pandemic - this, informed by discussions with a number of our clients. To extend this exercise we are inviting readers to contribute to a survey. Details of which will be found in the publication but which can also be accessed here. We aim to report back on the results of this survey in our next issue - due December 2020. Feedback on the topics we cover is, of course, very welcome. Frank Suttie, Director - Commercial
