We will be considering a case study during the webinar to help you understand some of the practical issues that may arise as part of this process. Issues to be discussed will include:
- Selection / pooling pitfalls.
- Difficult redundancy scenarios - for example, those employees who are on maternity leave or long term sick.
- Covid-19 specific issues - for example, undertaking consultations remotely, employees on furlough etc.
