HR Q&A on the redundancy and restructuring processes - 22 July 2020

Please join Managing Associate Fiona Powell for a webinar focusing on the HR and legal issues which can arise when implementing redundancies and business restructuring. We will be considering a case study during the webinar to help you understand some of the practical issues that may arise as part of this process. Issues to be discussed will include:

  • Selection / pooling pitfalls.
  • Difficult redundancy scenarios - for example, those employees who are on maternity leave or long term sick.
  • Covid-19 specific issues - for example, undertaking consultations remotely, employees on furlough etc.
