Freeths would like to invite you to our 'Employment: Public Sector Equality Duty' webinar, which is part of our programme of short, free webinars for lawyers and officers working in Local Government.

This webinar with Tom Draper, will take a detailed look at the public sector equality duty. They will investigate what the obligation is and what your organisation needs to do to ensure that it is meeting all its legal obligations. The session will cover:

  • Requirement to have “due regard”
  • Equality Impact Assessments (EIA)
  • How to ensure equality compliance with existing policies
