Freeths would like to invite you to our 'Real Estate Litigation: What impact is the Electronic Communications Code having on Council Property?' webinar, which is part of our programme of short, free webinars for lawyers and officers working in Local Government.

Councils are coming under increasing pressure to allow telecommunications apparatus onto their properties or to renew existing telecommunication agreements. This talk will be looking at the consequences of having equipment installed on Council property including a consideration of the requirements of the Control of Electromagnetic Fields at Work Regulations 2016.We will also be considering some of the key requirements to include in any new agreement so as to limit the risk and burden on the Council.
