Stephanie Manson: Stephanie Manson is the Head of Management Liability for FINPRO in the UK. She leads a team of over 100 management liability specialists and advises boards of directors and risk managers on D&O market issues and the ever-changing legal and regulatory developments in management liability.
Paul Burnley: Paul Burnley is a Partner and National Head of the Freeths Compliance and Regulatory team. He is a corporate defence lawyer specialising in Health & Safety (including Environmental Health) and corporate manslaughter prosecutions. He creates successful training sessions in areas such as handling criminal investigation, individual manager liability and interviews under caution.
