Freeths’ “rising star” recognised for top honour at 2023 Inspiring Women in Property Awards

Coralie McKeivor, Managing Associate in Freeths’ leading national Real Estate team, has been named EDI Champion of the Year at Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2023.

The annual celebration recognises the outstanding contribution women make across the industry.

As a valued member of the real estate team, Coralie was praised by the judges for her “unique combination of empathy, passion and strategic thinking”.

She is the current chair of Women Lawyers Bristol and a member of the Bristol Equality Network and sits on the committee of the Law Society’s disability network. As honorary secretary at Bristol Law Society, Coralie drives the agenda as co-chair of its EDI committee, working with a wide range of inclusion-focused third parties.

At Freeths, Coralie is a member of numerous organisations that support equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), making a powerful contribution to bodies that focus on ethnicity, religion, gender and disability. She has helped drive forward the firm’s diversity and inclusion pledge and enabled the company to become more accessible to people from all walks of life.

Commenting on the win, Partner and National Head of Real Estate at Freeths Darren Williamson said: “Nobody deserves this recognition more than Coralie. She’s one of our team’s rising stars and has definitely inspired many across the firm with her forward thinking, drive and tenacity. She’s full of energy and helps encourage people to embed diversity and inclusion into their everyday lives, truly living our Freeths values. I’m incredibly proud of her and this win is more than deserved.”
