Freeths awarded ‘Excellence’ level in Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard

Leading law firm Freeths has been officially recognised as a Mayor of London Good Work Standard employer, achieving the highest level of distinction, Excellence.

The Good Work Standard celebrates organisations in London that go above and beyond to create fair, inclusive and rewarding workplaces. It highlights outstanding practices across four key areas: fair pay and conditions, workplace wellbeing, skills and progression, and diversity and recruitment.

Freeths stood out for its progressive approach to workplace culture, including a supplier code of conduct promoting ethical standards across its supply chain, a comprehensive benefits package supporting health and financial wellbeing, and inclusive policies for working parents and those undergoing fertility treatment.

Joining the Good Work Standard community not only strengthens the firm’s reputation as a responsible employer, it also connects Freeths with other values-led employers, opening up opportunities to share best practice and collaborate on initiatives that promote fairness and inclusion.
