Freeths recognised as a Top 30 Employer for Working Families 2025

Leading law firm Freeths has been named one of the UK’s Top 30 Employers for Working Families by the national charity Working Families. 

This prestigious recognition celebrates the firm’s ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where colleagues with family and caring responsibilities are supported to thrive.

Working Families’ mission is to remove the barriers that parents and carers face in the workplace. Its annual Benchmark assesses employers across four key areas, evaluating the strength of their flexible and family-friendly policies and practices. Freeths’ inclusion in the Top 30 reflects the depth and breadth of its support for colleagues across the firm.
