Freeths has earned the title of Property Law Firm of the Year at the prestigious Business Insider South West Property Awards 2025, acknowledging the firm’s outstanding contribution to the regional property market.

Among its standout projects, Freeths is currently advising Cornwall Council on the grant-funded development of the Truro City Football Club Stadium – a state-of-the-art sports facility that will provide a permanent home for the club, alongside a second pitch and additional community sports amenities. The stadium forms part of the wider Langarth Garden Village scheme, where Freeths is also providing legal support.
