Leading law firm Freeths’ Real Estate Director Coralie McKeivor has been appointed as Chair of the Women in Property (WiP) South West Branch for 2026–27. Coralie stepped into her new role on 1 March 2026, and will serve until 28 February 2027.
WiP is a national organisation supporting women working across the property and construction industry through mentoring, outreach, CPD, professional networking and industry influence. National initiatives scheduled for this year include the People Innovation Place Summit in Manchester on 23 April, partnership panel discussions at UKREiiF in May, and the development of a new Future Industries programme encouraging young, diverse entrants into the sector.
A longstanding member of WiP, Coralie has served on the South West committee for eight years and will now lead the region’s programme of activity, alongside newly appointed Vice Chairs Chloe Llewellin (Gleeds) and Emma Burman (Morgan Civil and Structural).
Commenting on her appointment, Coralie McKeivor said: “I am honoured to be appointed as Branch Chair and to help guide our regional team. Women in Property’s ethos is all about empowering people and improving gender parity in the industry, which is something I’m passionate about.
I’m particularly focused on ensuring inclusion is embedded in everything we do, from how we network to how we support career progression. Our South West committee of dedicated volunteers delivers key initiatives including Schools Outreach, Inclusion and Mentoring, supported by a fantastic multi disciplinary network that encourages the cross fertilisation of ideas.”
