Freeths named Planning Team of the Year at Midlands Residential Property Awards 2026

Leading law firm Freeths has been crowned Planning Team of the Year at the Midlands Residential Property Awards 2026, recognising the team’s outstanding work supporting residential and mixed-use development projects across the region.

The Midlands Residential Property Awards celebrate the people, projects and businesses shaping the future of the residential property sector, recognising excellence across the industry from housebuilding and regeneration to professional services and development.

The Freeths team was recognised by the judging panel for its significant increase in new instructions over the past year across a broad range of sectors. The team advises on all aspects of development planning, supporting clients through complex planning, environmental and regulatory matters to help deliver major residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
