Freeths has been named among the UK’s law firms most recommended law firms in new research by The Legal 500, ranking third in the East Midlands and placing in the top 10 in both the South West and Yorkshire.
The Legal 500's independent research drew on feedback from thousands of clients who participated in its annual research programme. The scores were based on responses to a question posed to clients as part of the research process: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?"
The data was then used to calculate a net promoter score for each firm, a widely used client service metric for assessing customer satisfaction. The score allows firms to be benchmarked against one another. For inclusion in the list, firms were also required to hold multiple Legal 500 rankings and receive a requisite number of client responses.
The results highlight the strength of Freeths' client relationships and the firm's focus on delivering practical, commercial and outcome-focused advice. They also demonstrate the consistency of service clients receive across the firm's regional network.
The findings further highlight the depth of expertise across the firm and reinforce Freeths' reputation as a trusted adviser to clients throughout the UK. With clients ranging from fast-growing businesses to established national and international brands, the recognition provides independent validation of the quality of service and support delivered by our people.
