Freeths recognised as a Top Law Firm by ePrivateClient for fourth consecutive year
Freeths has been named one of the 2026 ePrivateClient Top Law Firms, marking the fourth consecutive year the firm has received the accolade.
Published annually by ePrivateClient, the rankings showcase leading private client practices from across the UK and highlight firms delivering exceptional advice to individuals, families, business owners and trustees.
The ranking reflects the strength of Freeths’ national Private Client team, which advises clients on wills, trusts, estate and succession planning, tax matters, Court of Protection work, estate administration and private wealth disputes. Working alongside specialists across the firm, the team provides joined-up advice tailored to clients’ personal, family and business interests.
Freeths’ inclusion comes during a period of continued growth for the practice. According to ePrivateClient’s latest rankings, Freeths’ private client team comprises 129 fee earners and 213 private client staff across the firm’s national network of offices.
Commenting on the team’s success, Freeths Partner and Divisional Head of Private Client Services Sarah Foster said: “Being included for a fourth consecutive year is particularly meaningful because it reflects the consistency of the team we’ve built across the UK. Private client work is fundamentally about trust. Our clients often come to us at important moments in their lives, and many of those relationships continue across generations.”
“This achievement, alongside a number of recent successes for our team, is something we are incredibly proud of and demonstrates the strength and depth of our national Private Client practice.”
This latest acknowledgement follows a strong period for Freeths’ Private Client team, including Rowena Stoute’s recent win in the Unsung Hero of the Year category at the British Wills and Probate Awards 2026, where the firm was also shortlisted for Community & Charity Champions and Contentious Wills & Probate Team of the Year.
